A dilapidated centrally located building was purchased in 2022. Idea was to relet the GF shops and convert the upstairs Tattoo parlour into 4 contemporary flats to run as holiday lets. Converted to a high standard the upper floors now provide for 3 2 bed flats and 1 1 bed flat let throughout the year.

The building sits within the Kendal Conservation Area and therefore the external appearance had to be maintained. Works comprised new flat and pitched roos incorporating PVC on the south facing slopes with repairs and redecoration tot he external elevations. Internally th units are all electric with PV’s providing supplemental power. Modern finishes throughout with high end kitchen and bathroom fittings.
