Constructed in a mixture of blockwork and insulation and ICF construction the Eco house provides excellent levels of daylighting throughout. Heating and hotwater is provided via modern ASHP reducing day to day energy costs.

Internal finishes are to high standard throughout. Recent refurbishment externally included a new patio and external kitchen area.
